ok.. i know i havent been active in quite a long time, but this time, i really must speak up.. who decided it was a good idea to display GIANT THUMBNAILS on the front page..? i come here to check my messages and get an unwanted screen full of several dildo in use. 

now, i gave mature content the ok to show up on my account, primarily because i could easily skip over something because they tagged it for saying "f***" where i expected something much worse.

but what if that pic was untagged? at least before, there was a CHANCE that untagged porn could go unnoticed because it would get lost in the sea of tiny thumbnails on the front page, and i suspect that's how most of it stayed here for so long, but REALLY?? did no one see the flaw in this new design?? personally, i find the new layout to be a pretty big nuisance, but this is just downright DANGEROUS...

i've been thinking about making some maaaajor changes round hurr. namely, FANGirls. i'm not sure if i want to keep it as is, or make it a different animal entirely.. my mom had mentioned to me last week that i should write books, maybe about my life, or something for teenagers. i didnt think anyone would want to read about my life (i dont expect a sold out show to this journal, for that matter) and i dont know what teenagers read nowadays.. the last i heard was Twilight, which i know, i know, the book is marginally better than the movies, and there's a lot of better books out there and all that.. the point still stands, though, i dont know what teenagers like. my middle school library was bigger than the one at my high school, and out of everything in that bigger library, my favorite was A Series of Unfortunate Events. of course, Snicket has his own phone book of quirks and i could never hope to come close to that.

but i dont know.. i kind of like the idea of doing something different with it, but at the same time, i've been doing various things with FANGirls for years, and part of me wonders if maybe i just need to stick it out a little longer.. but at the same time, it's fun to start new projects, you know?
